Social Atelier
Trusted by people who showed up IRL
the perspectives that keep us creating & building.
"From the beginning, this format made me relax. I stopped thinking about what to say and just became present. This is different from anything I've experienced before., I didn't want it to end, maybe that's why so many of us waaay past the ending time."
Social Atelier, London
"Being outside, meeting strangers, I was afraid, but for some time I've been in my head and kind of isolated and I show up to this with no expectation, a bit nervous. And it was so nice! I became more aware of myself while learning from others on what I normally wouldn't discuss with people. It felt safe to talk about this here."
Walk the Talk, Paris
"There were no expectations. I realised I can relate more to experiences than to people's personas. I am not so alone in my feelings."
Social Atelier, Amsterdam
"Honestly? The freshest event I've had in a while. What made it different was the mindset and this space with fresh perspectives, I've never experienced something like this, I usually find networking events. But the panel and the social exercises we were given made this feel so cozy and useful. Plus, the approach on the AI talk. Thank you, Alina, for creating these spaces."
10 years apart, I watched my mother’s mental health unravel into physical illness and eventually a coma.
The scans came back clear. Doctors found nothing. Yet at home, her body was breaking in ways medicine couldn’t fully explain.
My mother spent her life working in healthcare, in an intensive care unit. She understood systems, protocols, emergencies. But when her own mind and body began collapsing under years of invisible stress, exhaustion, and psychological strain, there was no real infrastructure for prevention. Only intervention once things became critical.
When her first crisis happened, I became obsessed with finding solutions. Any solution that could create even the smallest shift.
Psychiatry helped stabilise her sleep. Therapy, including CBT and years of different approaches, helped too. But not enough to stop the long-term decline.
8 years later, she ended up in a coma overnight.
Again, the scans couldn’t explain the gravity of what was happening.
That experience changed the trajectory of my life.
I’ve spent time deeply researching health, stress, behaviour, nervous system regulation, technology and modern human life. At the same time, I built an international career across high-pressure tech environments and lived across 7 countries, experiencing firsthand how relentless modern life has become.
I realised something: pressure itself is not the problem.
Humans have always lived through pressure, ambition, uncertainty and challenge.
The problem is that most people have no accessible system for maintenance in the moments when their internal world starts collapsing under the cumulative weight of daily stressors.
InnerOn was built to exist before the big crisis.
Because no one should have to wait until next Thursday, next month or a full psychological collapse to feel supported, grounded or back in control of themselves.
